DNV GL Authorized workshop for assembly, completion, rebuild and repair of explosion protected electrical equipment

With our in-depth knowledge of ATEX, IECEx, NORSOK and other international standards, we can handle all the requirements made on electrical panels and control panels that have to function in the most demanding environments.

Dag Ove Vea, Technical Manager at JB Electro, approved by DNV GL Presafe as responsible person for the authorized workshop, has more than 30 years of experience in engineering and design of EX equipment and EX cabinets (EX-d, EX-e, EX-i, EX-p).

JB Electro operate as an independent panel builder, not tied up to any brands. Giving a flexibility for our engineers to choose and suggest and tailor every delivery – based on their own extensive experience with component selection. Also, we deliver in accordance with the customer’s eventually specific requirements.

We do complete engineering or build based on customers documentation and preferred brands – for all kind of electrical, safety & automation, and instrumentation panels.
